Some weddings stay with you long after the last song plays. Anthony and Catrena’s day at the historic Union 1880 Hotel in Los Alamos was one of those rare celebrations—unfiltered, wildly creative, and rooted in history in a way that made photographing it feel like stepping onto a movie set.
I’ve known these two for years, so being asked to document their wedding meant a great deal. They wanted something different from the typical wedding experience—something cinematic, character-driven, and unapologetically their own. From the setting to the energy of the crowd, every part of the day reflected that vision, turning the property into a fully immersive western scene.
The night ended at the saloon next door—whiskey glasses clinking, boots on worn floorboards, and a celebration that carried late into the evening. Weddings like this are a reminder of why I love what I do. If you’re planning a day that breaks the mold and tells your story your way, I’d love to help capture it.
