We provide wedding, engagement, and elopement photography services as outlined in client contracts.
Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
A signed contract and retainer are required. Retainers are non-refundable. Other terms are defined in your contract.
Intellectual Property
Images remain the intellectual property of Weddings by Sean Moore unless otherwise stated. Clients receive usage rights defined in their contract.
Client Cooperation
Clients agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow successful photography services.
Limitation of Liability
Weddings by Sean Moore is not liable for events outside our control. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
